6.1 How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
6.2 Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it by contacting our customer service team immediately. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
